Campaign Workbook PDF and POD Released
I've just released a Print-on-Demand version of the Campaign Workbook on Lulu.com. It costs the same as ordering direct from me at Squarehex.co.uk but if you are not in the UK you may find the postage cheaper if you order from Lulu.
